The Airborne Cemetery is a war cemetery where more than 1750 allied troops are buried. All of these troops died during or after the Battle of Arnhem.
A guided tour
The guide will tell personal and gripping stories of the mostly young soldiers that died during combat. Who were they? And what did they experience during the heavy battle? A visit to the Airborne Cemetery brings the Battle of Arnhem to life in an impressive manner.
The tour is only provided combined with a visit to the museum. Guided tours can be given in Dutch and English. A maximum of 20 people can attend the tour. Of course, it is possible to book more than one tour at the same time.
The Airborne Cemetery tour is suitable for adults and children from 10 years old.
Duration of the tour
The Airborne Cemetery tour will take about one hour and can only be attended on request.
The tour costs are € 50 per guide (Monday – Friday) and € 60 per guide (Saturday & Sunday). These prices do not include the museum’s entry price.
